What you pay, and when
Tuition at Grigol Robakidze University is paid directly to the university, semester by semester, with twelve semesters across the six-year course. Hostel accommodation and Indian mess food are budgeted separately, and a one-time set of legalisation and landing costs applies in the first year only. The figures below are the indicative India package. They are shown at an exchange rate of about 90 rupees to the US dollar; the rupee amount will move with the exchange rate on the day you pay.

Legalisation covers local ground support, immigration clearance, airport pickup, SIM card, medical check-up, documentation and translation, notary, accommodation agreement, police registration, bank account opening, and the temporary residence card.
The merit scholarship
GRUNI offers a merit scholarship on tuition, awarded on academic performance and under the university's own scholarship policy. Strong performers can see their annual tuition reduced from the standard 5,500 dollars. The exact amount and the marks needed to qualify are confirmed at the point of admission, so ask the admissions team what you would be eligible for with your results.
What is not in the tuition
Admission, administrative, and processing service charges in India are separate and paid in India. These cover the university application and admission fees, the invitation letter, apostille and translation of documents, courier, visa documentation and fees, and counselling. Flight tickets are charged at the actual fare for your departure date, and 18 percent GST applies to the India-side service charges.
